For the first time in Cheboksary, leading experts discussed the key problems and prospects of business direction in 2020. The speakers of the Forum were only practitioners, current entrepreneurs, business coaches from Moscow and Chuvashia. In addition to a rich training programme, an interactive exhibition of entrepreneurs and manufacturers of the Republic, a show of new collections of clothes from Chuvash manufacturers and a concert programme were organised. About 600 people gathered in the hall of the CC of CSU: not only active businessmen, but also students, those who are just choosing their path.
The forum was organised by:
Chuvash republican public organisation "Union of Women of Chuvashia";
All-Russian public organisation "Women in Business";
Trade Union of Entrepreneurs of Russia;
Corporate Events Agency "MD GROUP".
LLC NTK Priborenergo visited the Republican Forum of Entrepreneurs. Such platforms are a good opportunity not only to find like-minded people, but also new clients. In the 21st century for business development it is necessary to constantly learn and develop, not to stand still. A rich educational programme was prepared for the participants. Speakers included sales trainers, successful entrepreneurs, experts in business growth, advertising and marketing.
Andrey Belonogov (Krasnodar) - business consultant, entrepreneur, business growth expert, spoke about business growth technology.
Olga Saltykova (Cheboksary) - business coach, owner of the centre for personnel assessment and training "Business Dialogue" gave a lecture "Leader of a new formation - what qualities to develop in yourself and how to do it", which is very important to know when you run a company.
Nika Boenko (Moscow) is a sales trainer, advertising and marketing expert. Her lecture "Confident Sales and Negotiations" had a positive impact on the employees of the sales department of our company.
Evgenia Shamis (Moscow) - founder and CEO of Sherpa S Pro. The topic of her presentation was "Customers of different generations: what to do?". It was very informative and interesting to learn how to properly build interactions with different generations of clients.
And this is just a small part of all those who shared their experience and knowledge with the entrepreneurial community of the republic. And by tradition, the forum ended with a prize drawing, where our employee Alexander Mukhin, manager of the sales department, won a gift certificate for the services of the company "Business Dialogue".
I would like to note that it is very good that we have such events in the Republic, thanks to which you can get not only knowledge, but also learn about state support for small and medium-sized businesses.
And in conclusion, the experts at the plenary session emphasised that the main trend of 2020 is speed. The speed of customer service, the speed of decision-making. And the task of entrepreneurs is not to fall out of this flow. And then we can count on success.
