Surge suppression filters SF16M

SF16M network noise filter (hereinafter referred to as the filter) is used to protect the power supply circuits of electronic devices from industrial and high-frequency natural noise, as well as to prevent the industrial noise spread along the power supply circuits from industrial equipment.
The filter is included in the power line break. The filter has two groups of screw terminals to connect to the mains and the load. The filter is available in a steel housing, which does not support combustion, but implies the device fastening with d = 7 mm bolts.
The interference occurrence nature is divided into antiphase and common mode in accordance with GOST. The antiphase current in the signal wires coincides in the useful signal current direction. The common mode current has the same direction in the forward and reverse network wires.
The filter is intended to effectively suppress various interference types, thereby providing protection against:
● - lightning strikes near of cables or power lines;
● - switching processes when turning on/off a powerful network load;
● - current surges at full on/off voltage in networks, accidents at substations.
● - switching power supplies interference;
● - powerful engines and generators interference, etc.
