PRE-8AI-RS24

Modules produced by NTK Priborenergo LLC of the PRE series are designed for use in information collection and control systems for industrial automation, protection and automation of energy systems, in protection and automation circuits for public utilities. Communication interface with upper-level controllers, nominal supply voltage, number of signal input and output channels and their type is determined by the module type.
The Analog Input Modules of the PRE-xAI series are network data acquisition devices that convert analog voltage or current signals into digital values ​​and transmit the resulting values ​​via an on-demand communication interface.
Modules perform the following functions:
- input and output of analog and discrete signals;
- analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion of current and voltage;
- normalization of analog signals;
Supported RS-485 interface network communication protocols:
- Modbus RTU;
- DCON.
Supported Ethernet interface network communication protocols:
- Modbus TCP.
All necessary communication settings and module parameters are set programmatically via Modbus registers or DCON commands and stored in the non-volatile memory of the module controller.
All functional parts of the module are galvanically isolated: power circuits - discrete and analog inputs - discrete outputs - communication interface.
PRE series modules are software and hardware compatible and can be connected to an RS485 network simultaneously with modules from other manufacturers: ADAM, ICP, RealLab, NuDAM, etc.
